 Leave the ivory tower.
 Immerse oneself in the field.
 Talk to learners
 Consult with learners
 Assist the learners.
 Elicit responses and develop
  communication skills.
 Push students to excel.
 It’s about being human.
 Respect others.
 Observe professionalism at all times.
 Have the confidence to react.
 Adjust to changing circumstances.
 Deviating from the lecture schedule
  easily.
 Don’t always have a fixed agenda.
 Creative balance between authoritarian
  and push over.
 Be self-depreciating.
 Don’t take yourself too seriously.
 Make jokes as often.
 Works classroom and every students in it.
 Be a good conductor.
 Devote time to every students.
 Thankless hours of grading.
 Unconditional patience in designing or
  redesigning courses.
 Prepare materials to still further enhance
  instruction.
 Develop minds and talents.
