7. Baron Pierre de Coubertin
Baron Pierre de Coubertin was born in Paris, France 1863
on the first of January.
Coubertin was part of the committee that brought back
the ancient olympics and made it the modern olympics.
They made more events to compete in.
He died on the 2nd September 1937, aged 74.
The IOC was founded by Coubertin and four years later
the first modern olympics were held in Athens, Greece.
