Private company, founded in 2007 year as a result of the need for development of projects for modernization of the
railway network in Bulgaria and the increased need for skilled professionals in the field of Surveying engineering and
designing of railway lines. Main priority in the work are railway infrastructure projects and geodetic measurements.
The company is specialized in research and development of investment projects, tender documents and consulting
activity. "ROLPLUS" Ltd. is the successor to the GP „ROL" (reg.1993) and "ROL" Ltd. (reg.2005). The Company
"ROLPLUS” Ltd. has experience in working with other companies for complex infrastructure projects, as well as a sub-
designer of large international teams.

objects and geodetic measurements. "ROLPLUS” Ltd. is

LICENSES AND REFERENCES
Firm "Rolplus” Ltd., as successor of the firm SD “ROL" has license for “Chaining and Leveling of
railway tracks” in 1995г year from „NRIC”.
Has a certificate for ISO9001:2008. specifies requirements for a quality management system.
References from contractors: „NRIC”, State Enterprise "Transport Construction and
Rehabilitation", GLAVBOLGARSTROY, SUDOP Prague and etc.

At present, the company "ROLPLUS" Ltd has a young, modern organized and constantly growing team of experts in the field
of Infrastructure design. Innovative approaches to create a creative environment and development are among the main
priorities of the Steering body composed of highly experienced professionals. In this sense, in the firm, wisdom and youth go
hand in hand to build a comprehensive environment for professional development.

TEHNICAL CAPABILITIES

•Firm "ROLPLYUS” Ltd. has modern office equipment - computers,
printers, plotter, copier, scanner, photo technics, geodesy instruments.
• The company has her own licensed software, specialized for
optimization of existing and design of new railway tracks.
•From 2009 year, the company implements specialized software
Ferrovia, developed from the Slovenian company CGS plus –
preferred developer for Autodesk.


MAIN PROJECTS
IN THE AREA OF THE RAILWAY DESIGN:

• AT THE MOMENT “ROLPLUS” Ltd. company participates in the project for optimization of the railway tracks and
structures in the sections Stara Zagora - Zavoy and Zavoy - Zimnica along the railway line Plovdiv - Burgas, which
is part of the project for “Rehabilitation of the railway infrastructure along the railway line Plovdiv – Burgas”,a
project which is financed of Operational Programme on TRANSPORT , as a subcontractor of consortium „G.C.F. –
SK-13 – TRACE RAILLINFRA’’.

 IMPORTANT PROJECTS, MADE IN THE RECENT YEARS:

• Project for mechanized rehabilitation of the railway track in the section Butovo-Pavlikeni for all parts –2nd railway
line.
• Project for mechanized rehabilitation of the railway track in the section Levishte - Eliseina or all parts -2nd railway
line, including research and provision of gauge clearance 1 SM 2 in the Tunnels № 15 and № 16.
• Project for mechanized rehabilitation of the railway track in the section Delian – Diakovo - Dupnica, for all parts –
5-th railway line, including research and provision of gauge clearance 1 SM 2 in the Tunnels № 1 and № 2.
• Project for optimization of railway line in the section Dupnitca – Kulata and Gen.Todorov - Petrich, on 5-th railway
line, including research and provision of gauge clearance 1 SM 2 in Tunnels № № 3 to 22.
• Project for mechanized rehabilitation of the railway track in the section Vodnianci-Oreshec, for all parts – 7-th
railway line
• Project for emergency repair for drainage of the railway line in the section Ihtiman - Nemirovo – 1st railway line
• Project for repairing of sidings in the engine-shed of Sofia
• Project for repairing of tracks in the engine-shed of Russe
• Project for repairing of tracks in the engine-shed of Poduene
• Rehabilitation of railway line Sofia - Vladaya - Kulata from km 5 +300 to km 6 +700 in the permanent way
Zaharna Fabrika - Gorna Banya and construction of a protective structure (a tunnel) – 5th railway line


• Technical assistance for rehabilitation of the railway infrastructure in the sections along 8th railway line Plovdiv –
Burgas, in the section Stara Zagora – Zimnitza - part "Railway track".

• „Dewatering and retaining structures /culvert and ditches/ from km 38 +000 to km 38 +600 in the permanent way
Beli izvor – Krivodol on 7th railway corridor, in the region of Realway Section “Vratza”

• Preliminary project for railway connection with the new designed Public transport port with regional
importance for containers to “TTZ – Varna”

• Consulting activity - " Technical assistance for rehabilitation of the railway infrastructure in the sections from the
railway line Mezdra-Gorna Oryahovitsa along 2nd railway line;

• Consulting activity - Concept design for modernization of the railway track in the sections:
Sofia - Elin Pelin and September - Plovdiv – double electrified railway line for design speed V = 160 km / h on the
1st railway line;

• Emergency mechanized reconstruction of the railway tracks in the permanent way Dyakovo – Dipniza from km
82 +440 to km 82+975 and from km 85 +000 to km 89 +692 with total length 5227 m (incl. tunnel № 2 from
km 88+016 to km 88+274 with length 258 m) in the 5th railway line

• Project for road connection between kv.Zanozhene (Varshets) and village Spanchevtsi

• Project for improving street network in kv. Iztok, Varshets

• Conceptual design for the rehabilitation of the road between the villages Elshitsa – Dolno Levski in the
municipality of Panagiyrishte


MAIN PROJECTS
IN THE AREA OF CADASTRE AND GEODESY :

• Geodetic measurement and rebuilding of the RCN along the design alligment from the railway line Svilengrad
-Turkish border and geodetic assignment of the river bed and the river terrace between the two dikes of the
Maritsa River in the section from the road stone bridge in Svilengrad.

• Geodesic measurement of Burgas airport and separation of the captured areas by types of property.
• Geodesic shooting in that part of station Butovo and station Pavlikeni on Second railway line by the construction
limits (borders) and glint in the map of restored ownership and issue a certificate of art. 52, para. 5 of LCPR.

• Digitization of the cadastral registers and cadastral plan of Kermen town and villages Mladovo, Nikolaevo,
Chokoba, Skobelevo, Bozadzhii, Bikovo in the Sliven region.
