 Q 1:Sir, what is your jour designation here in this
organization and what is your proper job here?
 Ans: Head of HR Department as HR Manager
 Q 2: What kind of man power do you have?
 Ans: Diversified kind of manpower. Top Management works in
Islamabad while low-level employees work in Chakwal and
Hattar Plants
 Q 3 : Do you have to face any kind of unethical issues
related to your managers or supervisors?
 Ans: Issue of fumes evolving from plants during cement
production
 Q 4 : What polices of your organization defines the ethical
laws?
 Ans: Policies made are internal matter of organization, can’t be
revealed to public. But they are made defining all ethical laws.
 Q 5 :How are you dealing with your lower level
staff?
 Ans : Effective dealing of low-level staff by the
company
 Q 6: How are these lower level employees are
employed here?
 Ans : Lower level employees employed on contractual
basis, based on their physical abilities.
 Q 7 : In your manufacturing steps, how do you
deploy your man force? How much contribution is
there by machines?
 Ans : Deployment of man force on contract basis. 80-
90% work done on machinery.
 Q 8: As the product of yours contain highly toxic raw
material like limestone and gypsum, etc., which if
inhaled cause serious health issues and cause death if
inhaled in excessive amount. The process which
involve the putting and mixing of these material, what
is the role of man in these steps? What kind of
equipment are they provided with?
 Ans: Provision of safe working conditions and equipment
to employees
 Q 9 : You have heighted plants and your workers
might often have to get on the heighted places, what
safety measures are taken for them?
 Ans: In heighted plants, work done mostly through
machinery, no need of manual labor
 Q 10: What kind of health safety measures you take
for the whole working environment?
 Ans: Adequate health safety measures taken for the
workers.
 Question 11: How do you pay salary to your lower level employees?
(Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
 Answer: Reasonable amount of salary is paid to all employees on
monthly basis and up to 10th of each month.
 Question 12: What kind of benefits are there for these workers and
for their families?
 Answer: Workers are given bonuses, health care benefits for their
families and other incentives on the basis of on which level they are
and their designation. Good performing employees who perform well
and are on contractual basis are given permanent jobs.
Question 13: How many working hours are there for these labors?
Answer: Laborers work for 8 to 10 hours on regular shifts.
Question 14: What are policies for overtime hours and wages?
Answer: Workers who are willing to work overtime are given extra wages. And employees
and managerial staff are given wages according to their designation and levels.
Question 15: Can you allow us to have visit of your manufacturing plants as we find
this cement making process interesting?
Answer: The manager replied to us that he cannot let us visit the manufacturing plants of
