Description:
Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the Middle East in terms of assets. The Group has
operations in the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Kingdom and Jersey
(Channel Islands), and representative offices in India, Iran and Singapore
Emirates NBD started with ‘Exceed’ program to motivate their Sales force with the concept of ‘Write
your own pay cheque’ which in turn started delivering huge business benefits. They have started
calculating the incentives with lot of manual activities using excel with extracts coming from different
sources.
Automation of incentive compensation calculation, visibility to management and end users with their
sales quote achievements is lacking. Also ENBD would like to roll out the program for additional
channels.
The project was envisioned for automating the Incentive Calculation process grossly for its three
Sales channels and 2000 Sales users with Compensation plans tailored for different Sales groups/
Titles and Individual and Team Performance reports for Sales representatives and Managers.
Responsibilities:
Gathered the requirements from the ENBD, Understanding of business Requirements and
identified the functional points involved.
Prepared the high level design document and Technical design document for Oracle fusion ICM

Partners/Stores. This application provides a mechanism for Receiving information about
commissionable events for mobile services which happens at the Payment point, storing all the
references information, calculating the required payments and sending payment information to the
payment systems. An integral feature of Callidus is its ability to transfer data to and receive data from
external systems. Callidus forms as a middle layer between many Upstream and Downstream interfaces
which forms the part of other modules of Vodafone.
Responsibilities:
As an Application developer, worked on 20 to 25 projects and tested it on Truecomp.
As a System Designer, Designed 10 projects on Truecomp.
