This process is carried out in the traditional manner,
indicating the dimensions on the drawings.
36. /02 Manufacture Of The XxtraCeil Stretch Ceiling Film
PROCEDURES & METHODS
Each stretch Ceiling is made to be measured by in-house
designed computers, with a choice of over a hundred
colors and a dozen textures. Cutting and assembly
welding is conducted with the absolute millimeter
precision. A standard ceiling can be dispatched from 1-10
days, by rapid delivery service.

On site peripheral structure is set in place by mechanical
means (pegs, screws, stapling)on the wall or celling.
XXTRACEIL has developed some highly multi-variant
profiles, with a great number of option: in this way,

simplified.

Finally. The detailing of : posts, columns, integrated
spotlights, chandeliers, LED systems, ventilation,

39. /05 Installation Of Xxtraceil Stretch Ceiling Film
PROCEDURES & METHODS
Prior to installation, the thermo-expandable Stretch
Ceiling is made supple by slightly raising the temperature
of the surroundings for the time needed to lock the anchor
into the profile. The Stretch ceiling is automatically tensed
as it cools, thanks to the thermo-retractable design. The
ceiling remains firm with no problems. The site work is
completed, with no noise, damage, or rubbish.
40. /06 Removal For Renovation & Other Work
PROCEDURES & METHODS
Both installation and removal of the stretch Celling are
straightforward: no demolition of finishing when you need
a new system.
