production reports associated with production Control Plan for Blade manufacturing process to ensure smooth
operation. Liaise with process engineers across 12 plants to share and breed CI ideas, best practices, and problem
solving techniques, initiate and run CI projects.

 Spearhead the Wind Turbine Blade manufacturing process. Empowered with full accountability for
development and maintenance of “Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA)” of Wind turbine blade
manufacturing process globally.

manufacturing plants Globally.
 Reduced the RPN numbers of high risk processes. (yearly 3 projects)
