Continuing research on access to government information in the U.S. and Japan, as well as working at IFLA-GIOPS (Government Information and Official Publications Section) as a standing committee member (2007-), information coordinator and editor of newsletter (2007-2013). Currently joining research and development activities for academic librarianship, with special interests in information literacy instruction, and research communication under open access movement and policy. Teaching experiences in the field of library science, archival science and records management.
