Yen Kheng was one of the pioneering members of the Energy Research Institute @ Nanyang Technological University (ERI@N) as well as key research project holders of various ERI@N programs including Sustainable Building Technologies, Electro-mobility and Renewable Energy Harvesting. He built up a team of 20 technical members; 3 research fellows (PhD-trained), 6 research associates (masters-trained), 6 research engineers (degree-trained) and 5 PhD students and more than $15 mil worth of research projects with government agencies and industry partners.
