A service which allows user to book cabs from our
platform. User can either book commercial
vehicles for transportation or taxis for later use or
utilize our Ride Now feature.
Also other businesses can use our APIs to provide
Taxi service to their customers.

- We are a platform
● Taxi service vendors can onboard our platform which will allow users to
book their taxis natively from our application.
● We are going to provide Express cab service – wherein an end user won’t
have to wait for a cab to appear nearby. Our Express feature will send a
cab straight to your location.
● Secure – 3rd Party vendors are Radio taxis. They are government
authorized. We will leverage this to provide a more safe user experience
● We would have our own fleet also running just so we cover every area

Our target audience is divided into 2 categories
1. Service end users (Consumers)
o Those who utilize our service to book cabs and commercial vehicles
2. 3rd Party Vendors (Enterprise Customers)
o Those who will onboard our platform and allow end users to book their
cabs and commercial vehicles via our platform
5. Business Model
● Signup to our platform will be free for both the targeted audience.
● 3rd Party Vendors will be able to utilize or service for free for 3-6 months.
After that there would be an annual maintenance charge.
● We would charge the 3rd Part vendor 10% - 20% of each ride booked via
our service.
● Charge end users for taxi booking.
● Charge end users 20% - 30% more, if he wants to use the Express
feature.
● Charge others businesses as per the usage of our APIs

● There are a lot of vendors who are impacted due to emergence of services
like Ola, Uber etc.
● People still rely on pre-booking and none of the current service providers
provide a reliable pre-booking mechanism
● Presently the user experience is segregated across multiple services and
offline vendors. We bring all of them together under our platform so that
user gets seamless taxi experience.

● We are not just another taxi service, but we are the platform provider. We
can onboard a service vendor any time and our end- users can start
availing it.
● For an end user, a cab will always be there waiting, since partnering with
3rd party vendors will increase our reach exponentially
● With our Express feature, end user won’t have to wait for a cab to show on
the map, we will send a cab right to the user’s location
