researches those companies that are

quickly grown to be recognized by recruiters
as the premier online database for identifying
passive candidates.
With information on thousands of public and
private companies, clients are assured to find
several passive candidates for all of their searches.
The following factors make SGA ExecutiveTracker
the best resource for quickly identifying passive
candidates:

    names generated or hand-selecting the contacts they want.

Global Recruiting Solutions
Sheila Greco Associates LLC streamlines the hiring
process for clients, while providing a greater depth
of field for candidate generation. At SGA we partner
with our clients to completely understand their staffing
requirements, and we customize each search process
to fulfill these unique ideas. Our firm works with clients
either on an hourly basis or a success fee or a combination
of the two that creates a win-win for both parties.

Our recruiting staff takes a very methodical and
consultative approach to the search process, working
very closely with our clients. We begin each search
with a “kick-off” meeting with the client to discuss core
requirements and the intangibles that are not covered in
the job description. Then, through use of our extensive
proprietary database and in-house research staff, our goal
is to provide qualified candidates ready to be interviewed
within two to three weeks.

As part of our hourly offering, we provide all of the
names we developed during the search process enabling
our clients to have a pipeline of candidates for future
searches, which ultimately leads to a lower cost per hire.

Over the last three years our acceptance rate has
averaged 95% and our clients have experienced a 90%
retention rate for the last three years with our placements.
The average duration for us to complete an assignment is
one to three months.

Founded in 1989 as a research firm, Sheila Greco Associates has
evolved into a full solutions research and recruiting firm with
four service lines. These service lines include Custom Research,
Research-On-Demand, Hourly Recruiting and SGA ExecutiveTracker.
With these four service lines Sheila Greco Associates has the ability
to assist our clients with all aspects of the recruiting cycle.

Since inception Sheila Greco Associates has completed thousands

Today there is an endless supply of sources to find active candidates, SGA specializes in helping our clients find passive candidates. To help our clients in this endeavor, SGA offers the following solutions: Custom Research With our custom research services, SGA researches those companies that are of interest to the client. Our research deliverables include name, title, contact information, reporting structure and any other ancillary information we uncover. SGA’s custom research service offers our clients the following benefits: • Controlled Costs With our custom research service SGA charges a flat hourly rate. Before starting every project SGA will let the client know the cost to complete the project and work within the budget. 1

  • 7. Recruiting Recruiting Global Recruiting Solutions Sheila Greco Associates LLC streamlines the hiring process for clients, while providing a greater depth of field for candidate generation. At SGA we partner with our clients to completely understand their staffing requirements, and we customize each search process to fulfill these unique ideas. Our firm works with clients either on an hourly basis or a success fee or a combination of the two that creates a win-win for both parties. Our recruiting staff takes a very methodical and consultative approach to the search process, working very closely with our clients. We begin each search with a “kick-off” meeting with the client to discuss core requirements and the intangibles that are not covered in the job description. Then, through use of our extensive proprietary database and in-house research staff, our goal is to provide qualified candidates ready to be interviewed within two to three weeks. As part of our hourly offering, we provide all of the names we developed during the search process enabling our clients to have a pipeline of candidates for future searches, which ultimately leads to a lower cost per hire. Over the last three years our acceptance rate has averaged 95% and our clients have experienced a 90% retention rate for the last three years with our placements. The average duration for us to complete an assignment is one to three months. 5
