of field for candidate generation. At SGA we partner
with our clients to completely understand their staffing
requirements, and we customize each search process
to fulfill these unique ideas. Our firm works with clients
either on an hourly basis or a success fee or a combination
of the two that creates a win-win for both parties.
Our recruiting staff takes a very methodical and
consultative approach to the search process, working
very closely with our clients. We begin each search
with a “kick-off” meeting with the client to discuss core
requirements and the intangibles that are not covered in
the job description. Then, through use of our extensive
proprietary database and in-house research staff, our goal
is to provide qualified candidates ready to be interviewed
within two to three weeks.
As part of our hourly offering, we provide all of the
names we developed during the search process enabling
our clients to have a pipeline of candidates for future
searches, which ultimately leads to a lower cost per hire.
Over the last three years our acceptance rate has

Founded in 1989 as a research firm, Sheila Greco Associates has
evolved into a full solutions research and recruiting firm with
four service lines. These service lines include Custom Research,
