fisherman and a naBve of Galilee in Israel.

He was a pessimist. he was a bewildered man.
• He would not believe all the thing of God.
• He is said to have been a fearless evangelist.
• He was a great builder of churches.
• He could not understand and quesBoned the Lord.
• He is known as the “doubBng disciple”.
• He was saved but doubted the works of Jesus.
• AFer he saw the nail scarred on Jesus’ hands and his
doubts were gone. he was a man of devoBon and of faith.

24 "This is My body, which is for you. Do this in
remembrance of Me."
25 "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. Do this in
remembrance of Me."
26 For as oFen as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you
proclaim the Lord's death unBl He comes.
27 Whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in
an unworthy way will be guilty of sin against the body and
blood of the Lord.
28 So a man should examine himself before he should eat of
the bread and drink of the cup.
