How to cook salad of chicken with onion and laksa leaves
The amount of protein and fat in the daily meals makes you tired. You need to improve your family's
menu. Delicious of chicken and aroma of laksa leaves and will help you neutralize the excess fat in the
body, this dish is the best choice for you in summer. Read the salad recipe below to make and try this
dish:
1. Ingredients:
- Chicken: 1,2 kg
- Onion: 500g
- Laksa leaves: 10g
- Ginger: 10g
- Salt, sugar, glutamate, pepper, lemon.
2. Instructions:
- To clean and drain the cockerel.
- To boil 1 liter of water, 10gr of smashed ginger, a dash of salt. When it boils, drop
the cockerel in. Turn the cockerel to make it well done. Use the stick o prick the meat;

then tear it into small pieces.

- To mix the chicken, onion, laksa leaves, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of
glutamate, taste to your taste.
- To scoop the meat on the plate. Garnish with coriander and sprinkle pepper on. Use
with lemon juice – pepper salt.
