2. Long Lasting Playdough
1. Heat the oil in a pot.
2. Remove from the heat and
add food coloring and
water.
3. Stir in all other
• 1 Cup Flour ingredients.
• 1/2 cup salt 4. Continue to cook over low
heat until mixture is firm,
• 2 tbsp oil
about 4-5 minutes.
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
5. Remove from heat, and
• 1 cup water set clay mixture on wax

3. Bath Tub Paint
1. In a mixing bowl mix
together your bubble bath
and cornstarch
2. Pour this mixture into 4
small containers
3. Mix a couple drops (you only want
• 1 cup baby bubble bath or to use a couple drops so it won't stain) of food
body wash - as long as it is coloring in each container
clear/white 4. Paint in the tub!
• 4 tbsp cornstarch 5. when you're done, snap
• a few drops of food coloring on the lid and they're
• small containers with lids ready to go for next time

4. Textured Paint
1. In a bowl, mix equal parts:
Flour, Water & Salt.
2. Mix well
3. Add just a few drops of
coloring
4. Use funnel to pour into

5. Galaxy Dough
1. Mix liquid ingredients in a
saucepan and begin to heat
liquids.
2. In a separate bowl mix dry
ingredients.
3. Add to the heating liquids.

6. Homemade Sidewalk Chalk
1. Cover one end of each tube
with duct tape
2. Line inside of tubes with wax
paper

7. DIY Shrinky Dinks
1. Cut shapes from plastic (2/3
larger than the size of your final
project)
2. Draw or trace a design onto the

8. Water Color Paint
1. Combine baking soda,
cornstarch and vinegar
2. Add corn syrup

3. Allow fizzing to subside and mix
• 3 TBS cornstarch completely

9. Cloud Dough aka Magic Sand
