3. Introduction:-
As a research psychologist and communicator of psychological science,
I have spent a career pondering the connections between subjective
and objective truth, between feeling and fact, between intuition and
reality. I'm predisposed to welcome unbidden hunches, creative ideas,
the Spirit's workings. I once took an instant liking to a fellow teenager,
to whom I've now been married for nearly forty years. When I meet job
applicants, my gut reactions sometimes kick in within seconds, before I
can explain my feelings in words. “Not everything that can be counted
counts, and not everything that counts can be counted," said a sign in
Albert Einstein's office.
4. What is intuition ?
Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge without proof, evidence, or
conscious reasoning, or without understanding how the knowledge was
acquired.
5. Good intuition and bad intuition
• A good intuition is one that you develop, elaborate, and check.
Whether it turns out to be right or wrong, you learn something
valuable by developing and checking it.
• Bad intuition is a substitute for thought. It’s a stopping point
rather than a starting point, an unshakeable (and often
unrecognized)
6. How to develop your intuition
• Find a place to sit comfortably.
• Follow your breath by counting
'1' on the inhale and '2' on the
exhale.
• When you are relaxed and quiet,
identify an event or situation
that you'd like more insight
about.
• Focus on the event or situation
intently for a few minutes.
7. Form of intuition
1. Basic Feeling.
2. Immediate Knowledge of the Life Forces.
3. Direct Knowledge of Mind.
4. Direct Knowledge of Intellect.
5. Direct Knowledge of Bliss.
8. How intuition work and how we used it ?
Intuition is your direct perception of the absolute truth. In other words,
it’s the wisdom in you that knows everything without having to learn it
first.
9. FACTORS THAT CAN INHIBIT YOUR INTUITION:
• YOU LET THE LOGICAL MIND CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS AND
ACTIONS.
• NEGATIVE EVENTS KEEP HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE.
• YOU LIVE TOO MUCH IN YOUR EGO
• YOU PUT TOO MUCH WEIGHT IN WHAT OTHERS THINK
• YOU FEEL DISCONNECTED FROM YOURSELF AND YOUR
SURROUNDINGS.
11. How to Follow Your Intuition?
• Trust your instincts.
• Ask yourself questions.
• Meditate.
15. Conclusion:-
I would like to conclude that intuition is based on our daily decision and
it always right, Follow you gut and never regret, your intuition, because
it always and will ever be your second you, in the way of taking
decision.
