We can define motivation as a "mechanism" that influences human behavior
and guides us towards the achievement of goals or objectives. (The interest
that a person has in carrying out a behavior to obtain an incentive).

Motivated and engaged employees stay with the company longer, put more
effort into their work, and demonstrate higher productivity. And that is why,
according to the Gallup survey, companies that have motivated employees
maintain higher productivity and are 21% more profitable than those that do
not.
how we motivate employees?
There can be many ways to motivate an employee, and many times it will depend on the type
of worker and person. But, without a doubt, some of the keys to motivating workers are:
Flexibility: companies have to adapt to changes. This necessarily implies becoming more
flexible, adopting new work models and facilitating the conciliation of professionals.
Training: given the reactivation of the market, training and improving the skills of
professionals is essential. For companies, betting on reviewing procedures and updating the
knowledge of their staff is an investment in the future: it increases their self-esteem, their
progress and their desire to train.
Reward employees: Effort must be rewarded. It is necessary to convey gratitude and
good wishes to employees when new professional achievements are achieved. It is
not a monetary award but something tangible with which the employee feels valued
and recognized.
Growth and possibility of promotion: the growth of the company is directly
proportional to the growth of its employees. Promoting the professional development
of the workforce translates into giving them new responsibilities, assigning them
exciting projects, and thinking about development plans.
How to keep workers motivated?
Motivating employees can be a relatively easy process, but what is really a
challenge for the employer is keeping them motivated over the years. Some of
the tips to achieve this are:
Know the main sources of motivation
Setting goals
take perspective
Explanation of project
Basically we can see a brief introduction that does not explain what employee
motivation is. which is that influences human behavior and guides us towards
the achievement of goals or objectives.
Another important point we have is why it is important to motivate
employees, which is basically Motivated and engaged employees stay with the
company longer, put more effort into their work, and demonstrate higher
productivity.
Methodology
the method used to obtain this information is google since through this
platform we can obtain a lot of information on various topics

The main challenge companies face is keeping their employees motivated, especially in times of crisis.
Motivation at work is a strategic issue in the corporate setting. Increasing commitment, job satisfaction,
talent retention and raising status on the social scene are some of the advantages of having a motivated
team.
Considering the above, companies should strive to increase their employees' work motivation to achieve
business success. As a result, the effort made by all employees will help meet the expectations of the
employer.
Work motivation is closely related to the level of productivity of employees. Fostering a sense of enthusiasm
and commitment to the organization's goals makes a big difference in an increasingly competitive market.
This motivation-productivity correlation creates a virtuous circle, in which the entire company wins, both
managers and employees.
Taking into account the relevance of this topic for the
success of your company, we give you 6 tips to help
you encourage your employees to adopt a proactive
and committed attitude at work.

Conclusion
In conclusion, motivation seen from all possible perspectives plays a very
important role for any company, regardless of its line of business, since
without it the worker would only fulfill their tasks as an obligation and not as a
reason to be within it.
