4. What is Salesforce?
It depends on whom you ask.
It might refer to one of the following:
• The Salesforce.com company.
• A cloud application from Salesforce.com, i.e. Sales Cloud or
Service Cloud.
• An organization with an application from Salesforce.com
installed.
5. The Salesforce.com Connector
• A Kentico EMS module that provides integration between
Salesforce organization and Kentico EMS.
• A framework for building different types of integration.
• Release early, release often.
• The next step is to provide general support for
synchronization of any object between Kentico EMS and
Salesforce organization.

6. Requirements
• The Salesforce.com Connector requires Kentico EMS and
Salesforce organization with the Integration API enabled.
• Only Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud applications enable the Integration API.
• There is still hope for Professional edition.
