Yuvee’s NeoKeys technology selected as a finalist for
innovative mobile user experience technology.

Yuvee’s NeoKeys-branded user interface technology was selected by a panel as one of the top innovations
in user experience/user interface design in the mobile field for the UX Designer’s Den portion of Informa’s
Mobile UX Conference in London in November 2009.
Based on the selection, Yuvee’s President and Founder, Tim Higginson, spoke at the conference. He
highlighted the importance of “command” entry to the design of mobile devices in order to enable the next
generation of mobile applications and mobile Web user experience. He explained how Yuvee’s NeoKeys
technology is designed to create a significantly better user experience for the mobile Web and next
generation mobile applications over any other user interface, whether on smartphones or other devices. It
provides many benefits, including: (1) a single pattern of use across all contexts (text, features,
applications, etc); and (2) command entry for any and all applications directly from the keypad, with the
commands showing on the keypad itself – thereby enabling the main screen to be dedicated to high-value
“eyeball” content and free of user interface information and enabling 100% of the surface area of the device
to be optimized by any application developer for the user experience for each and every context, subject to
a small set of rules that maintain the single pattern of use.
