6. Exclusive Chartering Agreement
• What that means
1. Your yacht will be limited to charters by
Maxout Hydrosports Pte Ltd.
2. All other referrals, enquiries, quotation and
billing should be referred to our office.
3. This agreement excludes personal use of
yacht.

7. Steps… to Join our Fleet !
1. Comprehensive insurance
Both your yacht and the 3rd Party yacht are
insured in case of an accident. This is as
regulated by MPA
2. SZH License
Yacht has to be licensed to charter. This is
regulated by MPA.
3. Set a date for a photoshoot
A comprehensive and flattering photoshoot
of the interior and exterior
4. Decide on an Hourly Charter Rate
5. You’re Set!

8. • Revenue Allocation
70% paid to Owner, 30% paid to Maxout
• Decide on Min. houts per
charter
Approximately 4 hour min. for yachts
below 40 feet, and a 6 hour min. for
yachts above 40 feet.
Hourly • Include Fuel
Calculate fuel consumption per hour.
Charter Rate According to experience, the yacht’s
engine running hours per charter stand
at 20-30% of the charter duration
• Include Captain and Crew per
charter
If you or your crew are unavailable, we
can assign professionals for $80 per
person, per charter.
