Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton have also co-authored The 24-Carrot Manager and A Carrot a Day . Adrian Gostick leads O.C. Tanner’s corporate recognition training and publishing practice. He earned his master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University, where he often serves as a guest lecturer on organizational culture.
