Section 1: Data File Description
According to my article, production is one of the processes which require different aspects for the purposes of ensuring that different tasks are carried out accordingly. There are different factors which should be considered for the production processes to be effective. However, the performance of the employees in a company determines the rates of production in the same organization. Again, the management of an organization should ensure that the performance of the employees is improved as that will contribute to increased production in the business. As far as the data is concerned, 1000 employees are required in ensuring that a million items are produced for the satisfaction of the customers. The journal is therefore relevant to my career specialization due to the fact that it has enabled me to understand the relationship between different factors used in ensuring that the rates of production in different companies are improved. Section 2: Testing Assumptions
Moreover, the assumptions of the statistical test used in the journal article are that different factors should be kept constant for the rates of production to be increased. It should be assumed that the number of employees remains the same for the rates of production to be improved. The assumptions were therefore tested by ensuring that different products were produced in a given period of time. The performance of the employees was therefore assumed to be the same. Section 3: Research Question, Hypotheses, and Alpha Level
Again, the research question from the journal article is “what can be done to improve the rates of production in the company assuming that all the factors are kept constant?”As far as the question is concerned, the company should be able to ensure that the employees are motivated for the purposes of ensuring that they work towards achieving the goals and the objectives of the company. Moreover, the company should introduce policies which will help in ensuring that the employees work objectives towards achieving the set goals. Section 4: Interpretation
On the other hand, the results of the statistical test provided shows that the company has been able to experience increased rates of production due to the number of measures put in place. The measures have played important roles in ensuring that the goals and the objectives of the company are achieved in the set time. The test statistic provided by the article has shown that the company should be able to engage different issues accordingly for the rates of production to be improved. It is therefore the role of the management of the company to ensure that the factors provided are considered for the success of the company to be achieved. Section 5: Conclusion
To conclude, the statistical test and the research questi.

To conclude, the statistical test and the research question should
be considered in ensuring that different activities are carried out
in the best way possible. The issues addressed in the statistical
test should be addressed in an effective manner as that will
ensure that different companies carry out their tasks in the
expected manner. The consideration of the statistical test will
enable the management of different companies to come up with
measures of ensuring that the problems experienced are
addressed in the best way possible. The strength of the study
reported in the journal article is that it has been able to address
the different problems experienced in different organizations.
Moreover, the limitation of the study is that it did not express
the assumptions in the expected manner. However, this made it
hard for some people to understand the concept in the expected
3. manner.

Data Analysis and Application (DAA) Template
Use this file for all assignments that require the DAA Template.
Although the statistical tests will change from week to week,
the basic organization and structure of the DAA remains the
6. same. Update the title of the template. Remove this text and
provide a brief introduction.Section 1: Data File Description
Describe the context of the data set. You may cite your previous
description if the same data set is used from a previous
assignment.
Specify the variables used in this DAA and the scale of
measurement of each variable.

OVERVIEW
Analyze a journal article in your career specialization that
reports one of these statistical tests: correlation, t tests, and
one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). In a maximum of 600
words using the DAA Template, provide a summary of the
research study, identify the variables, articulate the research
7. question and hypotheses, interpret the test statistic, and provide
conclusions as well as the strengths and limitations of the study.
Note: Completing this journal article summary requires the
knowledge and experience gained from completing the other
four assessments in this course. Therefore, you must complete
these assessments prior to beginning work on Assessment 5.
By the time you have finished the first four assessments, you
will have studied three fundamental statistics used in research,
including correlation, t tests, and one-way analysis of variance
(ANOVA). You are now prepared to analyze a journal article in
your career specialization that reports one of these statistical
tests.
By successfully completing this assessment, you will
demonstrate your proficiency in the following course
competencies and assessment criteria:
· Competency 1: Analyze the computation, application,
strengths, and limitations of various statistical tests.
. Locate a scholarly journal article in a career specialization
that reports a correlation, a t test, a one-way ANOVA, or some
combination.
. Generate a conclusion that includes strengths and limitations
of the journal article.
· Competency 2: Analyze the decision-making process of data
analysis.
. Provide context for the research study, including a definition
of variables and scales of measurement.
. Identify assumptions of the statistic reported in the journal
article.
· Competency 3: Apply knowledge of hypothesis testing.
. Articulate the research question, null hypothesis, alternative
hypothesis, and alpha level.
· Competency 4: Interpret the results of statistical analyses.
. Report the results of the journal article, interpreting the
statistic against the null hypothesis.
· Competency 7: Communicate in a manner that is scholarly,
8. professional, and consistent with the expectations for members
in the identified field of study.
. Communicate in a manner that is concise and professional and
that makes proper use of APA formatting.
CONTEXT
The intent of this assessment is to:
· Expose you to professional literature in your discipline.
· Provide practice in the interpretation of statistical results
contained in an empirical (data-based) journal article.
· Provide practice in writing and thinking in a concise and
economical manner that is typical of scientific discourse.
QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER
As you prepare to complete this assessment, you may want to
think about other related issues to deepen your understanding or
broaden your viewpoint. You are encouraged to consider the
questions below and discuss them with a fellow learner, a work
associate, an interested friend, or a member of your professional
community. Note that these questions are for your own
development and exploration and do not need to be completed
or submitted as part of your assessment.
Application of Statistics
· How would you evaluate your current level of statistics
anxiety relative to your initial level while working on your first
assessment of the course?
· How has your view of statistics changed from the beginning of
the course?
· How can you use statistics in your career?
. Do you have a different perception than you initially did?

. For this assessment, you must find a current research article
that uses one of the tests studied in this course. This article is
an example that happens to use three different statistical tests.
For your assessment, the article need have only one statistical
test included.
