It should be assumed that the number of employees remains the same for the rates of production to be improved. The assumptions were therefore tested by ensuring that different products were produced in a given period of time. The performance of the employees was therefore assumed to be the same. Moreover, the company should introduce policies which will help in ensuring that the employees work objectives towards achieving the set goals. Section 4: Interpretation On the other hand, the results of the statistical test provided shows that the company has been able to experience increased rates of production due to the number of measures put in place. The measures have played important roles in ensuring that the goals and the objectives of the company are achieved in the set time.
