Tom O’Rourke is the Executive Director of Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission, responsible for the oversight of an over 10,000 acre park system consisting of a wide array of parks, programs and services. In the field of Parks and Recreation, the ability to share successes and knowledge with other park agencies is essential.
