“Pasca”
*“Pasca” is a pound cake filled with cottage cheese and
sour cream.
*It is a traditional Romanian desert, usually done for
Easter.
2. How do we do it?
*For making “pasca” we need to make a
a dough and a cheese filling.
*Here is how my grandma and I did ours for
this Easter
5. The dough - preparation
*Now add both of them in a big bowl with the
flour and lemon
and mix them to
obtain a dough!
*Knead the dough for
about 20 minutes!
