El problema es económico, no se puede separar lo social de lo económico, siempre pongo el ejemplo del agua, H2O, hidrógeno y oxígeno, lo económico y lo social.Estamos tocando puntos claves de este proyecto, que si no los entendemos bien y lo asumimos bien, pudiéramos estar haciendo cosas buenas, pero no exactamente lo necesario para ir dejando atrás de manera progresiva y firme el modelo de explotación capitalista y creando un nuevo modelo: el socialismo venezolano, bolivariano, del siglo XXI.Nosotros debemos territorializar los modelos. Yo me imagino, por ejemplo, un sector de Sarria, la calle real de Sarria, el edificio y la panadería, el Pdval y la Farmapatria son elementos nuevos, como de un injerto. Ahora, compañeros, compañeras, camaradas, si este elemento no formara parte de un plan sistemático, de creación de lo nuevo, como una red, esto sería A y esto sería B, esto sería C, D, E, etc., y una red que vaya como una gigantesca telaraña cubriendo el territorio de lo nuevo, sino fuera así, esto estaría condenado al fracaso; esto sería absorbido por el sistema viejo, se lo traga, es una gigantesca amiba, es un monstruo el capitalismoAutocrítica para rectificar Ahora, la autocrítica; en varias ocasiones he insistido en esto, yo leo y leo, y esto está bien bonito y bien hecho, no tengo duda, pero dónde está la comuna. ¿Acaso lacomuna es sólo para el Ministerio de las Comunas? Yo voy a tener que eliminar el Ministerio de las Comunas, lo he pensado varias veces, ¿por qué? Porque mucha gente cree que a ese ministerio es al que le toca las comunas. Eso es un gravísimo error que estamos cometiendo. No lo cometamos más. Revisemos. Firmé un decreto creando algo así como ente superior de las comunas. ¿Dónde está? No ha funcionado. Nicolás,3 te encomiendo esto como te encomendaría mi vida: las comunas, el estado social de derecho y de justicia. Hay una Ley de Comunas, de economía comunal. Entonces, ¿cómo vamos a estar nosotros haciendo…? Lo mismo pregunté en Ciudad Caribia: ¿Dónde está la comuna, no la comuna, las comunas? ¿Dónde vamos a crear las comunas, las nuevas? Y allá en Ciudad Belén, seguimos entregando las viviendas, pero las comunas no se ven por ningún lado, ni el espíritu de la comuna, que es mucho más importante en este momento que la misma comuna: la cultura comunal. ¿Me explico? ¿Será que yo seguiré clamando en el desierto por cosas como éstas?
