- Brain is great at thinking of many ideas…just not storing them for later.
- Shampoo Example Stuff can be anything…big or small, work or personal…all of it is stuff.
- Draw circle (open loop requires action to close loop).
- Take out a piece of paper and write down all stuff on your brain…5 min. How did that feel? What was good, what was bad? (Grief and Relief).
- What do you do with this stuff? Action (if takes less than two minutes or you are in a place to complete that action) or Sort it for later work buckets.
- Organize = sorting buckets, these become your big buckets.
- At least 60 minutes each week.
