The concept of my student sample is to have students choose a state and develop a powerpoint presentation containing information that they feel is important about their chosen state and then at the end they will need to explain what they learned about geography and why they feel it is important to know about geography.

Geography is what makes up the world we live
in. I learned that the geography in one state
is different from the geography in another
state.

we live. Geography teaches us about history and
science and can help us prepare for the future.
