• In a 360 Feedback survey, the participant receives
feedback from many colleagues who work closely
with them.
• These colleagues can be Managers or peers or
team members - multiple respondents with
different relationships to the participant ensure
comprehensive rounded feedback covering all
perspectives.
• The feedback is collected using a Questionnaire –
this can either be a standard questionnaire
covering the most common managerial/leadership
competencies or a customized questionnaire
adapted to the competency/ values framework of
an organization.
