He joined Wits Technologies Pvt Ltd. on Septemjber 27, 2012 and setup the whole HR Department He has good exposure in all HR Activities and his Core KRA's includes Recruitment, Employee Induction, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement and Employee Relation. He is result oriented HR professional with qualitative experience in all HR Processes and HR Policy . He is person who driven by challenges and do not shrink from demanding task.
