As part of the Executive Team responsible for the growth and direction of the co. and help our partners-In-progress to identify and capture hidden and unrealized profitability improvement through lean processes & IT innovation and enablement of decision making. I work on Strategic,Tactical& Operational Levels to strike the right balance between dynamic business environment, cost & service level. Accordingly,I support on various structural changes required in system and evaluate those changes through different analytical tools and decision improvements.
