Monday - Friday, 10-14 October is Student Mental Health Awareness Week at the university. Each day focuses on a different theme to improve mental health such as taking notice, being active, keeping learning, giving back to others, and connecting with the university community. A variety of activities will be held in the Percy Gee building main foyer from 10am to 2pm each day to provide information and prizes to students on steps they can take to improve their mental health and well-being.
