you can go to get good
information that will help you
achieve your goals. The following

A good tip for losing weight is to do
your cardio first thing in the morning,
before you have anything to eat. It
has been shown that you will burn 3
times more calories if do cardio then.
Carbohydrates are often seen as the
bad guy of dieting. While too many
carbs can pack on the pounds, they
are essential in providing energy and
stamina for long distance workouts.
Try a bowl of your favorite pasta the
day before a big run to give you the
extra energy you need.
If you are trying to diet you should
always keep healthy snacks in your
cupboards and refrigerator. If you
have unhealthy snacks available you
will probably indulge in them too
often. Healthy snacks that are higher
in fiber or protein will help you feel
full and keep your blood sugar
stable.
Before sitting down to a meal,
have a glass or two of water. This
creates a feeling of being a little
full, and you won’t eat as much.
Water is a good way to make
sure you don’t gorge yourself,
and it’s also a good way to clean
your system.
You may need to replenish your
dishes. Most of us have dishes,
plates and bowls, that are much
bigger than what a true serving
size should be. A healthy dinner
for an adult should fit onto a 9
inch plate. The larger the plate,
the more likely you are to fill it up,
over the amount that you really
should be consuming.
When you are working on loosing
weight, continue to drink milk,
your body needs it. Milk is very
beneficial for you body providing
it with the calcium and vitamin D
that it needs. Drink low fat, low
calorie milk and avoid flavoring it
for the best use of the calories.
Reducing the carbohydrates in
your diet will go a long way
toward helping lose weight.
Remember that the key is to
reduce carbs, not get rid of them
completely. They are still an
essential source of energy that
will help you keep up your
exercise regimen, but eating too
much of carbs-heavy foods like
pasta will only deter your weight
loss efforts.
Eating well and exercising
regularly are important parts of
staying healthy. Remain
motivated, focused and positive
that you will be successful. Keep

maintaining a healthy weight.
