handling the operation and maintenance of Saudi TV Channel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
for the last 26 Years. The Saudi Broadcasting Corporation (SBC), formerly the Broadcasting Services of
the KSA, is a government entity of Saudi Arabia, organized under Ministry of Culture and Information.
There are 10 channels broadcasting in SBC.

• Maintain & Controlling IT / MEDIA RELATED -SOFTWARES and devices. (VIZRT viz weather)
• Install & upgrade Desktop hardware, software and peripheral components
• Troubleshooting and Fixing Windows Operating system, hardware and software for Computers,
laptops, Printers, Scanners , Punching (Time sheet System) , CCTV Camera and Networking
devices (Switches , TCP/IP, cabling, LAN and Wi-Fi Configuration.)
• Controlling SQL server 2008R2 (SQL Server Management Studio), Database and ERP Software
• Install & Maintain New SQL Server, Database, query creation, Exe replacing, Patches uploading
• Manage Backup and Restoring of SQL Databases, Windows Servers & windows clients
• Provide first line telecommunications support through Telephone and Remote Desktop
Connection
• Install all Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, Client Windows (10, 8, 7, XP) as per the customer
requirements. And including SQL (2005 and 2008R2), Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP,
Internet Information Servers (IIS)
• Responsible for all Server, Clients maintenance, upgrades, and repairs onsite and remotely for
Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 & 2008R2 Servers (86, x64, Standard, Advanced, &
Enterprise versions)
• Escalate & communicate support issues to IT Supervisor when necessary
