DIALOGUE BETWEEN A RECEPTIONIST AND A POSSIBLE CUSTOMER
Receptionist: Hi, good morning. Thank you for calling the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
This is Mary. How can I help you?
Client: I would like to make a reservation for the first week of August.
Receptionist: Yes, we have rooms available for August. For what specific date
do you want to make the reservation?
Client: I would like to book a double room from August fourth until the tenth, 2019
Receptionist: At what time would you be arriving at the hotel?
Client: We are scheduled to arrive at the hotel at 10:00 AM.
Receptionist: For how many people do you want to confirm your reservation?
Client: It would be for my wife and our daughter. Three people in total
Receptionist: Great! Do you want a double room with a view to the beach?
Client: Yes, I find it interesting. What is the price of that room?
Receptionist: That room costs one hundred and forty-five dollars per night.
Client: It seems very good to me. I want to book that room.
Receptionist: Can I have your full name and a phone number?
Client: Sure. I am Mrs. Brown, Rose Brown. My phone number is 555-322-1956.
Receptionist: What card should I charge your reservation to?
Client: This is the number of my Master Card 8765-3457-3634-6134.
Receptionist: Excellent Mrs. Rose Brown, your reservation is confirmed. It will be
for the same from August, the 4th
until the 10th
, 2019, for three people. I am arriving
at 10:00 a.m.
Client: What time is the Check-in?
Receptionist: Check-in is at 1:00 p.m., Mr. Brown.
Client: Thank you very much.
Receptionist: Excellent Mr. Brown, have an excellent day

  • 1. DIALOGUE BETWEEN A RECEPTIONIST AND A POSSIBLE CUSTOMER Receptionist: Hi, good morning. Thank you for calling the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This is Mary. How can I help you? Client: I would like to make a reservation for the first week of August. Receptionist: Yes, we have rooms available for August. For what specific date do you want to make the reservation? Client: I would like to book a double room from August fourth until the tenth, 2019 Receptionist: At what time would you be arriving at the hotel? Client: We are scheduled to arrive at the hotel at 10:00 AM. Receptionist: For how many people do you want to confirm your reservation? Client: It would be for my wife and our daughter. Three people in total Receptionist: Great! Do you want a double room with a view to the beach? Client: Yes, I find it interesting. What is the price of that room? It will be for the same from August, the 4th until the 10th , 2019, for three people. I am arriving at 10:00 a.m. Client: What time is the Check-in? Receptionist: Check-in is at 1:00 p.m., Mr. Brown.
