A DOST-SEI Scholar 2001-2005 under the RA 7687 otherwise known as the Science and Technology Scholarship Act of 1994. Have been the Brgy, City, Regional and National President of Pag-asa Youth Association of the Phils. (PYAP) for a year and represented the youth sector of the Phils. to the "CONSULTATION OF LIFE SKILLS PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING FOR HEALTH PROMOTION" held at Bankok, Thailand on Mrach 2004. Attended several training & seminars land have been a trainor for leadership training & capability building, community organizing on rural areas. Serve as the "BOY City Treasurer" of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation last Dec. 1999. Awarded as the Most Outstanding Youth Leader in
