The estimated project cost is approximately SR 600 million and the plant is started in full
commercial operations at March 2015 with capacity of 63000MTA. PBT resin is a highly
specialized thermoplastic polymer.
• Evaluation of technology & assessment to Uhde Germany Ltd –EPC contractor for
basic Engg work, HAZOP, PHA, and PSSR study, from grassroots to product
stabilisation.
• Reviewed & approved all FEED deliverable process packages.
• Evaluation of static & rotary vendors and review of Vendor Packages.
• Completion of DCS and PLC “FAT” for process control narrative of the plant.
• Completed equipment’s inspection, test plan procedure, operating manual, flushing,
commissioning and start-up procedure of PBT unit.
• Prepared the SOC’s, critical operating window & SOP for all polymer grades from
lower MFI to higher MFI.

Green Field Project Commissioned: - 1) Delayed Coker (Refinery Division)
160 KBPSD of design capacity of Delayed Coker to produce light Coker gas oil (LCGO),
heavy Coker gas oil (HCGO), overhead vapour & un-stabilized naphtha. These process
streams produce fuel gas, C3/C4 liquid product & light, heavy naphtha.
• Reviewed Process flow diagram & P&IDs by M/s Foster wheeler & basic Engg
design documents from M/s Bechtel.
• Participated in HAZOP, FAT/SAT study, simulation and testing of emergency
shutdown ESD logics.
• Cross checking of isometric drawings vs P&ID, commissioning loop files prepared.
• To Prepare & give the presentation for System progress, Critical Path, Trouble
shooting & de-bottlenecking during commissioning & start-up.
• Field visit, Technical discussion with Vendor, Technology supplier & resolving
issues through Site Query, Site Engineering Request etc.

manufacturing unit at Reliance Nagothane Sites.

demanding applications in film, injection and blow moulding by using INEOS technology

HD53EA010, LLD36RA045 production.
• Provided assistance in start-up, shutdown and turnaround for critical like fluidised
bed reactor, equipment inspection

parameter main rector grid pressure, recycle gas compressor, pentane recovery unit
