For me Sometu has been a place with
interesting people with interesting
thoughts.
In the future Sometu could be a more
disciplined society for building new
innovations. It could also be a place for
groups with clear objectives to develop
and pilot new concepts.
We should create places where we can
develop and share knowledge, and from
where we can pass on our best practises
to wider audiences. I’ve seen this
happening in Accenture where our
organization grew from 20,000 to
200,000 people.

interest.
With some of Sometu’s members I also
interact through other social networks.
People who are following things in Sometu
contain hidden social potential.
Sometu is offering an audience for what I do.
Most of the time on Sometu I’m following
what is happening but I try to be in an active
role too. Being active will give me a response
from others.
The more you share about yourself the more
everyone benefits.
