1. Indah Puri low-rise apartment is a resort-style private apartment complex. Sited within the sprawling

4. Batam and Surrrounding Islands
Batam is well known for its delicious and affordable seafood. Batam kelong restaurant serves
fresh seafood of your choice. Try black-pepper crab or fish-head soup. At night there are num-
bers of open-air food stalls offering local food and beverages.
Well known Budhist temple, frequented not only by the locals but also by Singaporeans and Malaysians.

Batam Center ferry terminal. There are five seaports servicing Batam-Singapore. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall is
the latest addition of shopping center in Batam.

7. Bintan Island
Bintan is Singaporeans’ favorite weekend getaway
because of its white sandy beach and crystal clear
water

the capital. The resorts are located in the north side of the
island. It takes 1.5 hours by ferry from Singapore and 1 hour
from Batam.

8. Singapore
The exciting Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort that will be completed at the end of 2008. This
landmark building will stand prominently on the horizon when viewed from Batam.
The Marina Bay will be part of F1 midnight street-
racing circuit in 2008.
The New Integrated Resort at Sentosa will be completed in
2010. It will host the largest aquatic park in the world and the
Universal Studio Theme Park.
The Esplanade Concert Hall. It’s only 45 minutes away from
Batam to see the world class performances performing live.
