2. INTRODUCTION
The Tourism Management System (TMS) is a
dynamic tool that helps the Travel agency to manage the manual work of the entire
Travel request and try to computerize it.
This system save the time and cost. Earlier system uses files and registers to maintain
the agency. Also it takes time to search the Country record and there RATE details.
It was very difficult to store the rate details and able to find the payment details. Now
with TMS it is easy to get the rate details and the trip amount.
The system has report module to get the report as required by the agency manager. This
module provides the report in various format and provide the right statistics of:
Customer Details Check In Entry.
Customer Checkout Entry.
Room-Bed registration.
Transportation Charge.
Service Charge.
Admin Details.
Visa Rate.
This system becomes the one of the prime reason for the growth of the Tourism
Management agency.

This case study is based on ITMS to increase the performance of any other travel /
Tourist agency.

which is not as user-friendly as Graphical user Interface.

not work.

mode execution.
