with this opportunity. Along with my 12 years exceptional experience as a senior welder
fabricator in India and 2 years of experience as a Welder Fabricator at Rotorua in New
Zealand, I have the potential to become the key member of the team.
I have been working as a welder since 1996, after my graduation in Diploma of mechanical
engineering, I was appointed in different welding industries in India and UAE. I gained
extensive experience in Welder Fabricator of armored and mine protected vehicles, chemical,
essential oil spice oleoresin plats, pharmaceutical soap and detergents coir dying machineries,
manufacturing marine fright container for exports, demonstration of welding power source
(FCAW, MIG, TIG, SAW and ARC Welding Rectifiers), Cutting equipment’s (Plasma and
gas cutting) and welding Consumables (mild steel general-purpose, MS Special, Low alloy
high Tensile, hard facing, Cast iron, Stainless steel electrodes, and TIG, MIG/SAW wires)
and sales.
After 11years experience, I was employed as a production manager in one of the biggest
defence product manufacturer in India. During this employment I was able to develop the
prototype armored and mine protected vehicle based on customer requirements and convert
in to final design. I make the product on timely and hard work to reduce the production cost.
I also looked after shop floor looking opaque and transparent armoring. Then in 2014, I
immigrated to New Zealand and started working at M/s Mills-Tui Rotorua LTD as a welder
fabricator. I am very confident in fabrication and MIG/MAG welding in Carbon steel,
aluminum alloy and all kind of trailer trolley, dumper and bolster works etc.
