For BSF: As a Manager, carried out the PMO related tasks such as Vendor Management, Resource
Management, Crisis Management, Asset Management, etc concerning delivery across 258
locations across India. Role demanded extensive group coordination/ communication across all
levels of responsibilities within the organization, vendors and client. Additionally, documented
ISO 27001:2005 security preparedness for DC and DRC by providing a preliminary framework to
the client in consultation with the Security team. Served as the Frontier Manager for Punjab and
Jammu frontier headquarters BSF and successfully completed delivery at both these locations.
For CCTNS: From a PMO perspective was handling resourcing and stake holder meetings.
Highlight: Was stationed in Jalandhar & Jammu FTR Headquarters for approximately 3 months as the FTR
