INTRODUCTION
 Marketing and promotional strategies are closely
tied together.
 Marketing includes all aspects of developing,
promoting and selling products or services to
customers.
 In the case of resort it marketing of services.
 Promotion is the key element in communicating the
benefits of services once they are researched and
developed.
 Effective promotion and marketing strategies drive
long term success customer development and
profitability for resorts.
THE MARKETING PLAN
 Promotion and marketing strategies are often first
brainstormed and written as the part of
organization's marketing plan.
 Most marketing plans include the current or
expected strategies your products, the price point of
those products, how you intended to distribute the
product; and your advertising marketing tools.
 A market plan is also important for developing a
promotional strategies as it helps resort’s indentify
its target market and to set measurable goals.
 It is the vital to the success of the organization that
you implementing a marketing plan that aims for
growth .
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CLIENTS
 Promotion & marketing can also assists business in
understanding and connecting with customers
 If marketing plan is loosely structured, the resorts
might not have much success at targeting their
services or products to the right customer market.
 Marketing plans helps to indentify gaps in the
market place and provide feasible solution for the
customers.

of financial goals.

according to changing market condition or decease
in customer demand.
