I am an high-energy soccer coach with over of 8 years of experience in different sports contexts: educational, military, sports training, player development. My experience offers a comprehensive background in sports physiology, sports psychology, fitness and conditioning, injury prevention and motivational techniques. Recently I was in the UEFA Exchange Programme and I had the opportunity of represent the Portuguese Delegation during practical presentations.
