TRANSFORMATIVE WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS, LLC
“Unlocking Human Potential”
Transformative Workplace Solutions contends that the process of "relationship
transformation" and “employee retention” has three dimensions: psychological (changes in
understanding of self), convictional (revision of belief systems), and behavioral (changes in
behavior towards self and others). Our relationship transformation solutions help people
develop stronger, trust‐based relationships in the workplace that will build and sustain
successful relationships, unlocking the human potential in your workplace.
OUR APPROACH
Led by licensed professionals working in the field of Relationship Development and
Organizational Consulting, Transformative Workplace consultants apply psychologically
sound and scientific methods to investigate issues of critical relevance to individuals,
businesses, and teams. Through these efforts, we advance the science of work, leading to
smarter, more innovative, evidence-based HR and relationship solutions.
Research on the psychological processes within corporate environments suggest that
underlying (collective) dynamics significantly influence corporate functioning (and outcomes).
These unique dynamics manifest internally within an organization, between individual
employees or different teams, departments, and divisions. These dynamics can manifest
externally between the organization and its' clients and external stakeholders including
suppliers, shareholders, civil society, etc.
Our systemic process is a unique approach that advances employee retention through
clarifying complex relationships, cultivating emotional intelligence and awareness of
interpersonal dynamics in company decision-makers, and teaching essential skills for
achieving business goals to individuals and their teams. We begin with systemic
assessments of the workplace environment and then proceed to take action with
relationship transformation and employee empowerment, all based on sound psychological
and business principles. We follow up by measuring change in the environment and giving
constructive feedback with recommendations for maximizing and sustaining workplace
transformation.
Once we complete a comprehensive systemic assessment and agree on our goals, we
move forward quickly, addressing those often unrecognized barriers that sabotage
individual performance, business growth, leadership development, workplace
relationships and employee retention.

In today’s highly active merger and acquisition (M&A) arena, many acquirers are recognizing that
the period around a deal closing can be very challenging for employees, and also that stability and
employee engagement are often key to M&A success. It has been found that most mergers and
acquisition fail because of poor handling of change management. The major reasons that lead to
change are system dynamics, structure-focused changed, person-focused change, and profitability
issues. The resistance to change can be attributed to the lack of communication, no clear vision, no
proper reward system, confusion and frustration, force of habit, fear of unknown, fear of insecurity,
loss of competency and lack of support.
To stabilize the workforce during the initial period of a merger, TRANSFORMATIVE
WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS offer assistance with the following strategies:
 Develop an integration plan
 Set clear goals, values and vision and policies
 Understanding cultural differences
 Employees Involvement
 Managing stress
