Steps for creating a job req account
1. Click Register
2. Populate the required fields:
Name
User Name
Department
Email address
Employee Type
Position
Location
3. Click Submit
Note: Admin will approve the account, an email notification will be received if the
account is active. Password is included n the notification.
14. Changing Password
After Successfully logging in your account in job req site, follow the steps
below for changing password:
Click My Profile
Click Change My Password
Encode old password
Encode new password and confirm password
Click submit

Steps for creating Request
1. Click New Request
2. Fill out the Request Details with supplying the appropriate information by clicking
the dropdown button, specifying the details and add attachments.
Request Details consists of the following:
Category
Sub Category
Severity Level
Title
Details of the problem
Attachments (optional)
3. Upon specifying the Request Details click submit
Note: An email notification will be received for any status update of the request

1. Click Payorlink
2. Fill out the Request Form with supplying the appropriate information by
clicking the dropdown button, specifying the details and add attachments.

3. Upon specifying the Request Form click submit

To check the current status of the request, click Request Status to identify
the current progress of the request

30. Follow-up concern in Request
Status
Items in Request Status are clickable, this allows the user to follow-up their
concerns for not started or in progress items.
To follow-up concerns follow the steps below:
1. Click Not Started/In Progress item
2. Type follow-up concern in New Message
3. Click Submit
