The following prerequisites have to be fulfilled to successfully install and execute
WeConfig:
 Microsoft .NET framework 4.6 installed
 WinPcap 4.1.3 installed
Supported Windows versions
 We have tested and verified Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.
 Earlier versions are no longer supported.
For full WeConfig functionality these functions needs to be enabled
