5 Rules to a Successful Video Marketing
If your business is planning to start your video marketing campaign, then you are the doing the right
thing. That is because video marketing is one of the best strategies you can use to expand your business
exposure online and subsequently increase your business revenue.
But before beginning your video marketing efforts, you must know the 5 rules to a successful video
marketing. Read on.
1. Be consistent
You can’t just start producing quality video marketing content and then suddenly stop because
of sudden interruption (Time and budget constraints, disappointment with results etc.)
So if your reason of being inconsistent is not seeing significant video marketing results, do not
be disillusioned. Video Marketing success does not happen overnight. It takes time, effort,
dedication and creativity… and little bit of luck.
2. Be creative
Stand out! There are millions of videos being uploaded on video sharing sites every hour. So,
think of better ways to get your videos noticed. Be innovative, and unique. You can be funny, or
entertaining, or informative, or a combination of those three, or whatever. Just keep the
creative juices running!
3. Break the ice in the first 10 seconds
At the first 10 seconds of your videos, you must engage your viewers to stay and watch the
entirety of your video.
4. Include a link to your website
This is very important if you want to increase your business website’s traffic. Make sure to
provide your website on your video description, surrounding text, banners, or overlays that let
viewers click directly on the video.

5. Publish your video on different medias
