issues with health services and education, poverty
Could the money be used differently; health
service? education? facilities?
Overall cost of hosting the games in ratio with the
profit that will be made from them?

Expository – We will expose the economic
impacts of hosting as we feel it is a vague topic
in audience minds.
Reflexive – Narrate the documentary providing a
balanced view of positive and negative impacts
allowing the audience to create their own
opinion.

The effect we are trying to create is to clarify the
audiences potentially vague understanding of
the economic impacts to form individual
opinions.
