1. What Initiatives and idea did you choose and why? How did you feel about choosing external versus internal initiatives? (Hint: you should analyse and evaluate the rationales for your decisions) I have chosen 3 different initiatives based on the availability of budget and time I have and based on external and internal problems. The first initiative is “A boot camp characterized by an internal team form different departments” this will take about 3 weeks and 15,000 to achieve the intended purpose. This initiative was the best choose for me I felt that to gather the best employees from the company and try to come up with best solution was the most relevant initiative. The firm allocated a budget making it the most expensive initiative carried out and a reward price was awarded to the top three most creative ideas from the team. Second in order was “Post questions to The Citizen Sun social media followers “ I chose this initiative a part of solving a problem is to ask the customers what they needs and what they want to improved, by doing this we could solve the main issues like if we know what the costumers want we can work on it and as a result we will have new customers and we will not lose our old customers. The second reason of choosing this initiative is to get close to the customers who are using digital and print news. As showing in the background of the citizen Sun company 32% of the customers are using digital and print news which are high number who could help to get some relevant ideas to improve the issue of web traffic. The third initiative is “Run a special project with leading advertisers” I felt the to come up with special project and work with the advertiser’s leader would solve the problem because the issue is all about ads revenue and when you work with the specialist of this problem they could figure out a new idea or a new innovation to get out of this problem. As a product manager, I also analysed the overall impact of each initiative to the performance of the firm and came up with a well consulted decision which was to go with an idea in initiative one as follows. The final idea I chose was creating an innovative channel from a reputable video sharing website provided video editorials which helped capture the tech savvy audience. Combines trust-based sharing and collaborations with high level of expertise. This idea is effective as it has a manageable risk level and a cost that is relatively medium and can be incorporated into the business. The implementation of the idea used up only 72% of the budget. It is not time consuming. In order to incorporate this idea, different target audience, different approaches and innovations were effectively put into place. 2. How much influence did the original mandate have on your strategy and selection of initiatives and ideas? (Hint: You may use your original mandate to justify your decisions and discuss why you have chosen that particular initiatives and idea for solving the p ...

Introduction In general, cloud computing is the main concern for most of the organizations around the world because it makes their information available and reachable in any where they are. Actually it is a software resource that is delivered on demand as a service. There are different storages of cloud computing such as Dropbox, SkyDrive and amazon cloud drive. Cloud computing has many advantages like saving large files, back up of stored files, file sharing and access from different devices. The study was designed with an aim of creating a website that can help people in information technology (IT) lo learn through the website and at the same time make money for having knowledge in the areas that they are good in. With this idea in mind, we took advantage of Amazon cloud equipments such as servers, switches and other networking tools to create our own website. To design and create the pages, we used the Adobe CS5 which includes Photoshop and Dreamweaver then used the Amazon web server to upload and publish the website on the browser in order for it to be accessible to everyone on the browser. The researchers had an aim wanted to undertake this project so as to help people in IT help each other learn new things and at the same time benefit financially from passing their knowledge to other people. Goals The main goal of this project is to make learning life easier and at the same time make people more helpful to the other people who need helps in IT field. Furthermore, this website will give the chance to earn money from providing lessons to people who wish to learn IT. Another goal that we focused on is when some companies have workload or need some people to do they can just submit it on our website and contact with who is able to be responsible to do it. Why did we choose this project? We choose this project to be done in this course to implement .

Presentation by John Yesko at the 2011 Information Architecture Summit (IA Summit) entitled: "The User Experience Brief: The What and Why Before the How." We IAs spend a lot of time discussing the “core” documents in information architecture—wireframes, site maps, prototypes. But we often jump into these very tactical, design-oriented deliverables too hastily. The user experience brief takes on a more strategic role. Early in the project, it’s our vehicle to summarize what we know so far, particularly requirements and research results. More importantly though, it lays the foundation for the UX design approach, with the goals of gathering consensus and identifying sticking points early on. The user experience brief illuminates the organizing principles—user experience fundamentals to be followed and referenced throughout the project. We’ll talk about the value of this early-project document, its role in shaping the user experience approach, how its composed, and its limitations. We’ll look at a number of great visual examples too. Introduced the right way and at the right time, the UX brief can be an invaluable stake in the ground with clients and internal stakeholders.

Clayton Christensen's Jobs-to-be-done approach describe a series of steps to create innovation systematically. This deck describes the application of the methodology to the creation of the Avaya Flare User Experience, the Avaya Digital Video Device and the related enterprise cloud offer. We found key for success is to add focus on emotions. And the result to be a condensed job description as more work is required to detail the solutions that it becomes testable against objectives and barriers.

Running head: ACTIVITY BASED COSTING 1 PAGE 5 ACTIVITY BASED COSTING Activity Based Costing Student’s Name Institutional Affiliations Activity Based Costing Activity-based costing (ABC) is a concept which refers to the accounting method whereby the costs are identified and assigned to the overhead activities and subsequently to the products. As such, an activity based costing is a method that recognizes the relationship between costs, overhead activities and the products. Consequently, through this relationship, the method assigns indirect costs to the products less indiscriminately as compared to the traditional methods (Kenton, 2018). However, using this method of activity based costing, some costs often become difficult to assign. For instance, indirect costs such as office staff salaries and management sometimes become very difficult to assign to the products. As a consequence, this method is usually applied in the manufacturing industry because in enhances the reliability of cost data thus producing almost accurate costs and results into better cost classification as incurred by the company during the production process. Furthermore, the method is important in product line profitability analysis, product costing, service pricing and customer profitability analysis. The ABC method is based on activities which refers to any unit of work task or event such as setting up machines for production purposes, distribution of finished products, operating machines, designing products, among others. Since the activities use overhead costs, they are considered cost objects. In addition, under this system, an activity may refers to any event or transaction that is a cost driver. A cost driver, which is also referred to as an activity driver, is used to denote an allocation base. Some of the examples of cost drivers include power consumed, machine setups, maintenance requests, quality inspections, purchase orders and production orders. On the other hand, activity measures are categorized into two groups including transaction drivers and duration drivers. Transaction drivers pertains to counting of the number of times an activity occurs whereas duration drivers measure the length of time an activity takes to complete. Activity based costing is effective in the process of improving the costing process in three different ways. First, it increases the number of cost pools that are used to group overhead costs. As such, instead of grouping all costs of a company into one large pool, the method groups the pools based on activities. In addition, it comes up with new bases for allocating overhead costs to items. As a result, the costs are allocated depending on the activities responsible for the costs and not the volume measures such as dir.

The action of the next cyber saga takes place in the mystical lands of the Asia-Pacific region, where the main characters began their digital activities in the middle of 2021 and qualitatively strengthened it in 2022. Corporate espionage, document theft, audio recordings, and data leaks from messaging platforms were all a matter of one day for Dark Pink. Their geographical focus may have started in the Asia-Pacific region, but their ambitions knew no bounds, targeting a European government ministry in a bold move to expand their portfolio. Their victim profile was as diverse as a UN meeting, targeting military organizations, government agencies, and even a religious organization. Because discrimination is not a fashionable agenda. In the world of cybercrime, they serve as a reminder that sometimes the most serious threats come in the most unassuming packages with a pink bow.
