Organizations
International Non-government organizations have been implementing HIV/AIDS projects in
sub-Saharan Africa for several decades. Such international development projects have had
few tremendous successes and numerous dismal failures. The quality of HIV projects is
frequently cited as a key factor of project failure. This paper examines cases of project
quality success to identify processes, methods, and outcomes in order to improve
