17. My current position is a project executive assistant at the Beijing office of a charity foundation. As this is no longer challenging, I would like to work in an international environment. I am planning to relocate to Europe. As a specialized agency of the United Nations, the International Fund for Agricultural Development(IFAD) helps rural poor people access to financial services, markets, technology, land and other natural resources. And its purpose is to empower poor rural women and men in developing countries to achieve higher incomes and improved food security. I know that IFAD works with rural poor people, governments, donors, non-governmental organizations and many other partners. I am highly interested in rural development. Cover Letter 4

18. My last position was implementation assistant at Sunshine in Heart Project of China Red Cross Society(CRCS) for two years. Our purpose was to develop Chinese students' characters. In that position, I was responsible for preparing release notes and giving notifications of a series of courses in several universities which set up by CRCS. And I organized international conferences for psychologists from Chinese universities, which requires professional skills and excellent communication. In my current position, I am responsible for organizing group activities for orphans from SiChuan Provice in Beijing ShuRen School, organizing international summer camps for college students, which requires monthly brief analyses and short papers. In addition, I used to hold a position as an administrative assistant in the Practice and Innovation Center at Capital Normal University, which requires professional skills in MS-Office.What's more, I have studied French and Spanish for several years.
